I received a bill for work they said was done in 2023. That does not seem fair to the customer.

GREAT QUALITY! Good thread color selection as well, the owner helps with picking out colors that look best with the merchandise you bring. There was slight confusion at the beginning of the process that the owner took her time to explain, which truly helped. Thank you apparel up!

The front desk lady was amiable. They responded very fast, but they forgot to embroider one of the shirts when I picked it up, so they mixed up one of the shirt sizes.

I recently visited Apparel Up and I am very impressed with this business. They are always on time with the delivery of my apparel and prints. They even give suggestions and professional advice on placement of your logo or design which was perfect for me because I was not sure on the best place to put my logo on my jacket because of the design. The staff is very friendly and over delivers every time. The owner was welcoming and made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Apparel Up for your custom apparel and printing needs!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I needed some golf bags embroidered on leather in a short amount of time. This was not an easy job and other shops turned me down and wouldn't even attempt it! Jennifer and the team at Apparel Up took the job and excelled! The leather bags turned out amazing and were done on time and looked incredible. This was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was paramount and they didn't disappoint. They were flexible, friendly and professional. I will use them again in a heartbeat. You should too!

This is the first time in which I have experienced a business that operated as poorly as this one. I encountered horrible communication and a complete lack of professionalism from the owner Jennifer Franco. During a 3 month process , I requested for roughly 120 shirts to be printed with my logo. On several occasions, the front desk staff gave me pricing options that were totally different from Jennifer’s price options . I was also told by Jennifer that if my shirts were misprinted the company would correct the issue. I asked for my logo to be a specific Pantone color and Jennifer confirmed she and her staff could print my shirts with the correct color. However, after my shirts were printed, the Pantone color was different than what I asked and paid for. Also, I requested my logo to be printed straight . However it was printed slanted on several shirts. After speaking with Jennifer on the phone about these issues, she yelled at me and took no accountability for my shirts being printed incorrectly. I asked for some sort of refund and that was denied. There was no intent by Jennifer to provide any type conflict resolution as she stated she would if my shirts were not printed correctly . I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I dropped by last minute to get some embroider work. Needed my items to be finished quick and at a reasonable price. They were very busy but was still able to take on my small quantity without complaining about it being "not enough" like some other shops do with their minimal orders. The guy at the front desk smiled at my request and said he would try his best to get it done. THEY UNDERPROMISED AND OVER DELIVERED. Thank you Apparel Up team!!
