What a great experience. Excellent service. Teresa was a delight. She picked out the right colors that would stand out the best. She was spot on. I had 15 custom hats made and they are dynamite. By far the easiest transaction i have ever had. i drove 50 miles to have these hats done. Our local hat person was unresponsive to my email. And that was after i saw him personnaly to explain what i wanted. He need an email which i never got a response. Teresa thank you for a great experience
Great work on the embroidery and turn around time, what I liked the most was the uber courier option so I didn't have to travel out to the location to pick up. Definitely going back to them. 10 out of 10.

I love this place! I found it on google after I made a custom logo for my boyfriend that I wanted to have embroidered on a shirt. The service is great and the quality is fantastic. That shirt quickly became his favorite clothing item, so I’ve been back several times to have the logo put on other items!

I originally was going to order from an online store but searched locally and stumbled across this company. I reached out with my request and was able to work with them for a quick turnaround. From email, text to phone calls, they delivered exceptional service in every interaction. I had a huge to do list and because of their professionalism and superb communication, they made this portion stress free! The team went above and beyond with helping me determine what best fit my needs and budget. The entire team I delivered the shirts to (50 of them) were absolutely thrilled with the material and print! I will definitely be placing my future orders with them! This company has been incredible to work with. Our company has completed several orders consisting of over 100 shirts and some hats over the past couple of years and Apparel Up has always delivered a quality product not just on time but sometimes ahead of schedule and has been incredibly responsive and even helps to educate us on the beast method for a design.
Great service! We went in needing 2 orders. One was a rush order and the other had a regular time frame. Both ladies in the front were so helpful and assisted us with getting everything in order. Highly recommend, they were able to rush embroider 12 shirts in 3 days. Not only were they quick they also allowed me to pick the color i wanted for each shirt! needless to say they definitely earned my business, and i’ve already recommended this business to multiple people since.
