I dropped by last minute to get some embroider work. Needed my items to be finished quick and at a reasonable price. They were very busy but was still able to take on my small quantity without complaining about it being "not enough" like some other shops do with their minimal orders. The guy at the front desk smiled at my request and said he would try his best to get it done. THEY UNDERPROMISED AND OVER DELIVERED. Thank you Apparel Up team!!

Working with Apparel Up has always been delightful. We order ALL of our company's uniforms and have been doing so for a few years now. They have the BEST customer service, apparel, turnaround times, & prices we have encountered in all of Houston, Tx.

I give them 2 stars for the excuses that Ivan made up to keep me waiting for 10 days only to find out they did nothing with my order. It’s a shame that having a Good product, they treat clients as dumms with childish excuses.

Absolutely loved my experience at apparel up. I placed an order of 30 dad caps and they were able to get them done quickly. Have continued to place several orders since then. This place is conveniently located in the Houston heights and highly recommend apparel up for anyone needing custom apparel.

Three weeks later and I've yet to receive a quote/mock up. I guess my small order of 20-40 hats doesn't warrant attention. Made two in person visits on 02/17/23 and submitted an only inquiry with a logo. I was told I would see a mock up and quote by the end of the day. Never received. I then submitted the same information on 02/21/23 and finally got a "response" on 02/23/23. Just to be asked what my inquiry already detailed (quantity, Sku number, color) and never heard back. Then I had to reply back to that same question on 02/25/23 to ask whats the typical turn around on just getting a quote and mock. I'm literally begging them at this point to take my money. She replied back the next day saying they don't have enough staff and have been getting a lot of inquires lately. Then "I Can get a graphic designer to submit your mock ups first thing in the morning." Yet on March 3rd..... and NOTHING. Really wanted to support this neighborhood business. Would have liked to blame it on email. The fact that I've been in person to try and get something completed, there really is no excuse.

My experience was top notch. Went above and beyond to get the exact hoodies I wanted. Customer service was 10/10. Very happy with my screen printing and embroidery items

I was lucky enough to cross paths with this establishment. I own a small business and was delivering some of my products not knowing what kind of business this place was. To my surprise it was just what I had been looking for. Lol. I’m a huge believe that everything happens for a reason. Cayla greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was welcoming and friendly. We spoke for a second and she was just delightful; very knowledgeable in graphic design and informative about the business itself in general. I ended up placing an order and can’t wait to see the final result! I’m sure it’ll be lovely. 100% recommend.

Such a great experience I had using Apparel Up couldn’t of asked for anything better in quality of products as well as being responsive and communicating keeping me in the loop for my order. Also love the fact they’re a family owned business and really make you feel like family.

I googled for a local print shop near me and I found apparel up. I walked in 30 minutes before close. I inquired about getting a design set up to print on three hoodies for an event the next day. Jerry exceeded my expectations with customer service. He stayed an hour after close and worked along side me to get a design together and to print. Their attention to detail is  exceptional. I went to apparel up to inquire about screen printing. While I was there they offered to create the design I had envisioned. I ended up getting a 100 shirts printed and 30 hats embroidered. I highly recommend apparel up they had great pricing and fast turnarounds. They even sell and embroider medical scrubs. I will definitely be going back.

Jerry was patient with me as I described the initial design. I made a small order and Apparel Up was able to get everything done the same day. First and foremost, the showroom is by far the nicest showroom i've ever seen. They have a good selection of T-shirts, soft shell jackets, polo's, hats, and scrubs. At Apparel Up they can customize any garment and specialize in screen printing and embroidery. I came in to get all my scrub tops embroidered, and they had it done within a couple days. I highly recommend Apparel Up for all your custom apparel needs, and are conveniently located in the Heights. They have quick turnarounds, and also accept rush orders with high quality products. I will be doing business with them in the future!

This place is amazing! I used to go to another place and every year around this time, they would take a month before having to pick up our stuff. Here, turn around time was fast. Got over 50 items embroidered AND delivered within a week! Jerry is a great business man at his age. Highly recommend!
