I had a great experience working with this company! The quality of the embroidery & printed shirts exceeded my expectations. I've washed the shirts several times already, and the printed designs still look great—no fading, peeling, or loss of quality. A special shoutout to Kaitlin for her excellent customer service. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Her communication and attention to detail really stood out. Great quality, great service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for custom embroidered or printed apparel!

PHENOMENAL Customer Service and Quality of work! Kaitlin is excellent! I first spoke with her over the phone about my vision for embroidery on a fraternity satin jacket. When I bought it in, she had already researched the best color options given the photos I emailed with other specs. The jacket was delivered on time and the price was very inexpensive compared to the quality and detail of work. I will definitely be back. Give them a try! Oh- and the jacket is a gift for someone and he is wowed too!

This place saved my butt! I had taken something for a client of mine to another business to get embroidered and they never got around to doing it after a few weeks. Went to Apparel Up and they turned it around in less than 24 hours. From being greeted by Kaitlin and her seamless communication to the quality of the work, I can't wait to bring them my next project. Cannot recommend this place enough.

What a great experience. Excellent service. Teresa was a delight. She picked out the right colors that would stand out the best. She was spot on. I had 15 custom hats made and they are dynamite. By far the easiest transaction i have ever had. i drove 50 miles to have these hats done. Our local hat person was unresponsive to my email. And that was after i saw him personnaly to explain what i wanted. He need an email which i never got a response. Teresa thank you for a great experience
Great work on the embroidery and turn around time, what I liked the most was the uber courier option so I didn't have to travel out to the location to pick up. Definitely going back to them. 10 out of 10.

I love this place! I found it on google after I made a custom logo for my boyfriend that I wanted to have embroidered on a shirt. The service is great and the quality is fantastic. That shirt quickly became his favorite clothing item, so I’ve been back several times to have the logo put on other items!

This company has been incredible to work with. Our company has completed several orders consisting of over 100 shirts and some hats over the past couple of years and Apparel Up has always delivered a quality product not just on time but sometimes ahead of schedule and has been incredibly responsive and even helps to educate us on the beast method for a design.
Great service! We went in needing 2 orders. One was a rush order and the other had a regular time frame. Both ladies in the front were so helpful and assisted us with getting everything in order. Highly recommend, they were able to rush embroider 12 shirts in 3 days. Not only were they quick they also allowed me to pick the color i wanted for each shirt! needless to say they definitely earned my business, and i’ve already recommended this business to multiple people since.
